Update 19.05 issues

Hi Team,

After updating to 19.05 all the sensors went down, GPS is not functioning and the battery decreased massively. The watch became practically useless from the training perspective. Could you provide any solution ot the problem?

I have 27.16 sensor version. Your advice is useless. Stop ignoring the fact that you broke Venu2 with 19.05 SW. You MUST release a new SW version with all bug fixes! Otherwise, you are scammers. What did…

I have the exact same issue. None if the sensors is working...

The green light indicator on the bottom of the watch is off. This has to be software related :(

Same here, I bought my GARMIN Venu 2S watch in 2023, it worked correctly until the 19.05 update, but since then the battery drains in 48 hours. After contacting customer service, they do not offer any solution other than exchanging the watch for 150€. It's a shame. They know very well that a problem exists but they assured me that no new update will be released for this model because it is too old according to them. GARMIN is doing planned obsolescence and does not even hide it.
