Venu 2 Plus Battery Drain issue

I have found that my Venu 2 Plus that was giving me a battery life of 7-8 days with daily activity of almost 40 minutes is now hardly giving me 3-4 days of battery life.

This has started after i updated to latest Firmware, 15.20.

Another issue i have noticed is with the Bluetooth connectivity with phone. The watch keeps on disconnecting from the phone every now and then, while both of it is well within the Bluetooth range.

Please fix the issue.

Same here.

There is no issue with bluetooth connection - as you recommended to check.

Also, there is nothing to improve from your tips to extend the battery life.

I am using the watches really similar for last 6 months and the battery drain started as other people suggest. So please, try to fix it and don't give us vague responses.

Alright, however, it certainly appears to be a widespread issue, so it should be addressed on a global scale to benefit all users.

This is some kind of failure. I bought this watch because the battery lasted almost a week and now?
Much cheaper watches more functional. So what if the brand "Garmin" eh....

I'd really like to not cause even more E-Waste by having to buy a new watch for what is arguably just a bad software update. Please roll back the changes that caused this, or fix the problem, instead of advising people to just RMA their watches. (and receive a new one that'll have the same issue)

The 17.04 update has had battery life deteriorate even further for me, I'm now not even getting 2 days on a full charge.

17.04 is burning through my battery in less than a day, when it used to last over 4 before a charge needed. No settings changed, just the firmware update.

Yeah the Bluetooth nor powering off had no impact for me. I turn off my watch every day while I'm at work- it did not help.

Brand new venu 2 plus bought 2 days ago

The first half day battery life was great

But as soon as i installed 17.04 the watch wont last even half a day without even using it

As it is the watch is useless

Unfortunately, I confirm the same thing. What's worse, there are no changes in the updates regarding e.g.
Sleep Coach feature, including sleep recommendation factors
Nap detection support
HRV tracking support (at night)
Morning Report feature
Daily Summary report feature
Recovery Time

The venu 2 plus is, after all, also a good and new product that should also receive updates?
