I have set auto pause.
If you can set your watch to start activity (a) before the run, it will go into pause mode. (this works)
But there can be 5 minutes before I start walking, we walk with a group and talk a bit before we start walking.

I did this the other day but lost the whole run. So autopause does not work as it should, this function still needs some attention from the programmer.
