Unfortunatelly I didn’t get any response to my previous issue from your support, but I found more annoying bugs in your latest sw version, so I hope you will deal with them this time.
SUP activity with the latest 10.18 SW release has lot of serious bugs. It doesn’t count the PACE and the MOVING_TIME at all!! Besides of this the MAXIMUM_SPEED always shows a ridiculous value (0,1km/h). AVARAGE_DISTANCE_PER_STROKE also shows very wrong datas (0,02m). The interesting thing is the AVARAGE_SPEED seems ok…
I tried to downgrade the SW to the previous version (9.17) and the watch worked well again. Then I updated back again to this 10.18 version and the issues are appeared again…
Would you please check and fix the v10.xx as the watch is useless for this activity, and SUP tracking is the only reason I bought this watch.
