Venue 2 Plus dimming screen and voice assistant hearing issues.

In this case I would probably do a factory reset to see if it helps. But have you checked the volume settings? 

done factory reset three times, deleting everything, checked volume controls also, the chat didn't i had also was fruitless

As for the Phone Assistant volume on your watch, that can be adjusted by adjusting the volume on your connected phone.

Ask Siri or equivalent on your Android to speak louder when voice assistant is open, it worked for me

Thanks, voice assistant issue resolved, but screen brightness is still an issue.

Yes the screen brightness has been an issue for me since the watch updated the day I bought it, it was fine out of the box! There is a new update just come out 8.40 a couple of days ago I am hoping will fix the issue,

Thank you, I ‘m not techy so don’t understand how to install the beta, I will have to wait until the next update, hopefully it won’t be long and will resolve the issue.
