Screen frozen after update

Hi,

Received a notification on my Lily to install an update; didn't notice what version, but presume 6.20 given release timing.
Screen is now frozen/unresponsive and greyed out; Garmin Connect not recognising my Lily / noting as not connected (update has switched Bluetooth off on my Lily).
Have had this on the charger (read elsewhere on prior updates in this forum that this can resolve the problem), but has done nothing.
Not aware of any ability to factory reset or otherwise on this watch, given the touchscreen is unresponsive and cannot connect to GConnect.
What can I do to resolve this?
Based in Australia, have owned the watch for 8 months with no issues prior to this and otherwise very happy with the Lily.

Would appreciate a rep from Garmin responding pls.
