Move alert

Does anyone know how to change the move notices? I'm getting a move notice after 9pm, which is when I'm winding down for the day. It's annoying.

I think MoveIQ alerts are time-based rather than activity: the weekend I was having breakfast in bed, hadn't done much of anything, and I got the 'take a break!' alert.

Also found a post that popped up in the 'related' sidebar: Venu, but MoveIQ I think isn't specific to any one Garmin device: forums.garmin.com/.../move-alert---anyway-to-set-timeframe
