Body battery and stress

Body battery stuck at 5 with high stress. I notice this issue occured with previous watches. New watch, but is this a likely software bug? Will let battery go to zero since that is the only obvious way to turn off and on.

I am also having this issue with my lily. Not having a way to reset it is very frustrating because that has fixed other garmin watches in the past.

HI there! Can you sync your device with Garmin Express. Also, how long have you had the device and how long has it been stuck on 5?

Just synced under my ID. The wife said it has been stuck since last evening. Wore it all night long. Device is several days old. Thank you for the quick response. She will wear it as we shovel snow and see if anything changes over the next few hours. It was on current firmware.

Same here. I got my Lily a couple of days ago, and after first night body battery got up 15 and after that it's stuck to 5, whatever I do. Annoying.

I'm having the same issue. Had my Lily for less than a week. Body battery stuck at 5. Just put on my old Garmin and my body battery shot back up to 58 within the hour. Have had high stress levels on my Lily too. Had a panic attack literally the first day i wore my Lily so I have been thinking the readings could be accurate because it's takes a few days to settle down my body after an attack.. Body battery doesn't charge during sleep and my stress levels are high during sleep. Now I'm wondering if there is something legit wrong with me or legit wrong with my Lily watch.
