They look similar in the animation, but Garmin classifies one as a POSE and the other as a MOVE, so they serve different purposes in the workout.

Is the word 'pose' / 'move' shown somewhere on the workout routine details I should be noting for the future. I'm new to both the product and exercising so not yet noticed finer details on the product.
Also sometimes I can't tell if the animation is simply repeating a motion for demonstration purposes or because it's demonstrating reps for the exercise.
