Training rediness does not have a value

I have a fenix 8 solar and lately I got a Index sleep monitor so I do not wear my watch while sleeping.

However training rediness does not have a value when I use the Index sleep monitor.

The message is: To receive a numeric score wear your device while sleeping. Can anyone help with this?

I am pretty sure my training readiness score populates the next day after sleeping with the ISM. At least all of the metrics in the Health Status section are correctly populated. Same for my morning report.

I follow the process that Garmin Tracy posted on the threads regarding the sync process between the watch/ISM/Garmin Connect. Perhaps that will work for you too.

Thank you for your reply DoctorCool. I tried to find that post by Garmin Tracy, but not sure where it is. Any chance you can post the link (not sure if the forum allows), or the exact title of the post (maybe it would narrow down the search)

But those steps seem to be for older devices:

We have made improvements to this interaction in the 12.70 software update for users who have fenix 8 Series, Forerunner 570/970, Vivoactive 6, and Venu X1.

Users who have an older device may need to use the following workaround to eliminate the possibility of false on-wrist detection by their paired wearable.

I have a fenix 8 so I guess the steps are not necessary (I will try them anyways)... Probably first I will make sure that no updates are available if I use garmin express.

Ah, ok. Yeah, I am using an older device. My watch is the Forerunner 265. The steps Tracy provided work for me. I am getting reliable reports/syncs/results by following the steps she provided.
