Body Battery Not Syncing Between Index Sleep Monitor and Instinct 2 Solar Tactical

Dear Garmin-Tracy,

I’ve encountered an issue where Body Battery data does not sync between my Garmin Index Sleep Monitor and Instinct 2 Solar Tactical. I’ve reviewed the TrueUp compatibility information on this page:

which does not list the Instinct 2 series. However, this support article:

states that the Instinct 2 series does have TrueUp.

Additionally, I followed the workaround you suggested in the Garmin forum thread:

Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether Body Battery syncing is currently supported between the Index Sleep Monitor and Instinct 2 Solar Tactical?

  2. If yes, is there any additional step needed for syncing to work properly?

  3. If not, is support for this expected in a future update?

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.
