I'm experiencing ongoing issues with my Garmin Index S2 scales. They often fail to sync my weigh-ins during the day and instead randomly sync during the night. Here's what I've tried so far to resolve the issue:
1. Removed the scales from my Garmin Connect account and re-added them using my phone’s hotspot.
2. Checked my Wi-Fi protocols to ensure compatibility (2.4 GHz, correct channels, supported security protocols).
3. Attempted to manually update the software, but I never see a progress bar, so I’m unsure if the update has worked.
4. Repeated the entire process several times, including removing and re-adding the scales to my Connect account.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and are there additional troubleshooting steps I can try?
