Not connecting to wi-fi

I have tried to set up my Index S2 Smart Scale and cannot get it activated. It keeps telling me "no network found".

4 possibilities, that I know of:

The Wi-Fi password has unsupported characters, such as a space.
The encryption method used on your router. Some users found that changing from WPA2 to WPA/WPA2 fixed this issue.
The router is configured for "smart" switching between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Garmin devices seem to prefer 2.4 GHz without smart switching.
Wi-Fi is setup with a hidden SSID. Your router might say "Wireless SSID Broadcast." If this is not enabled, the scale might not find the network.

After update to fw3.30 no longer wifi connection, no wifi founded, where is problem? In previous fw3.11 all works fine
