Index S2 only showing Stone and not KG since firmware update

What units do you have set in Garmin connect? 

Connect is set to kilograms (for both users). I've had Connect and the scales both set to KG since I bought the scales 2 years ago, the problem has just started recently. Connect converts it from Stone so it shows in the app in KG, but the screen only shows Stone for both users

You may have already tried this but did you try moving the switch from KG to LB or ST, do a weigh in then set it back to KG and do another weigh in? Maybe even try sliding the switch back & forward a few times to see if it might be a flaky connection (might be worth removing the batteries if you're going to do that one)

Thanks, I've tried that already with no luck. I think the problem may be firmware related as the switch has been in the KG position for 2 years and the scale changed to Stone all on its own recently 

Very peculiar indeed. I wish I could be of more help but I'm stumped now. Sounds like one for support

Update. I've had a response from Garmin and upgraded firmware to 3.11. Unfortunately problem still exists and scales now wake in one of the following modes 1) Stone, 2) Stone but then changes to KG , 3) KG

The switch on the bottom has no effect on getting it to start correctly.

Hopefully a fix will be issued soon, but scales are not really useable until that happens 

Garmin replaced my scales, as they found it was a fault with them and not a firmware issue
