Mine knows its. Me. But only shows weight and BMI since yesterday. Very frustrating. I've taken batteries out re set my phone disconnected from other apps but nothing is helping I don't want to reset the scale as its a mission putting all the information back in and setup again. I do have very thick skin on my feet maybe this could be the problem but unsure.
