Yesterday I received Index S2 two months later since order and I also have a problem that body fat is completely out of reality. I was at 18% on my stupid device and indexS2 shows 26%. I am sure that 18% is closer to reality, because have comparison with professional Tantita scale. I tried to set other level of training, as recommended by Garmin, but without any significant change.
Then I created fake user with the same body parameters but twenty years younger and whats happened? Device shows Fat 21%..it means for me that age is important part of fat analysis shows people with increasing age also gain weight. But for this analysis I can use calc on the internet and dont need expensive device like Index S2...
I would like to also say that IndexS2 always showed a different weight during my testing at the same time. So from my point of view, device probably will be packaged again and send back to seller.
