I have a S1 Index scale and just purchased a S2 Index scale thinking my S1 was broken. These scales won’t upload to the Garmin Connect app through WiFi. I used to not have any issues but all of a sudden the WiFi icon just blinks on the scale. I reset the scale, reset the WiFi connection in the app multiple times but never actually sticks and works. Doing a bit of research, could it be a WIFI band issue? I just got a new Comcast Xfinity Gateway and is it a 2.4 GHZ vs. 5 GHZ issue? Really frustrating that these Garmin devices don’t upload via WIFi anymore.
