Disapointed: No metrics shown or synced.

I thought that buying Garmin would mean quality, easy setup and use. Boy, was I wrong.

So for starters the scale connects to my home WIFI but from there doesn't work at all. It shows my weight but then just gives me the "User icon" with a ? in it and then shows me a cogwheel before shutting down. I managed to solve this however making it connect to my mobile hot spot. This is irritating as *** but I can live with it.

It took me about an over to get it to update because the manual is quite sparse on information to say the least. In rage I turned of the Bluetooth on my phone and voila, it updated.

Now I wanted to take my measurements. Problem is that the only measurement it shows or send/syncs to my Garmin connect app is weight... If I just wanted weight I could have used my analog scale I already have. Does anybode else have this same issue I have an android version of the app if that helps.

I have tried to configure the scale 10 times adding these metrics syncing it to the scale. I have tried to remove the scale and reconnect it. I also tried to factory reset it and nothing works. Still only shows me the weight and the weather...THE WEATHER... That has to be the least useuufl

So I get the "feet symbol" while standing on the scale so I guess it is measuring correctly but nothing gets shown or synced.

Has anybody else encountered these issue and managed to solve them?

I have the same issue - worked for first couple of days but since then weight only recorded.

try ti connect with mobile hubspot, that works for me.

Works perfectly for me. I got all the data to my GC app on iOS.

First make sure that you are barefoot when stand on scale since otherwise you will not get all measurements. Also stand on the scale until your name (initials chosen on setup) is shown in display. The screens to be shown on the scale’s display is configurable from the GC app. However independent of which screens shown on scale, the data shall be sent to the App after setup correctly to your WiFi; same one as phone
