Index S2 does not recognize me

Hello,

I have setup the Index S2 with my 4 letter long user name but it does not recognize me.

It shows the symbol for the guest with the question mark.

Has anyone seen this? Is there a solution? I tried resetting but with no luck.

Hello,

I have some news. The problem seems to be connected to the network used:

- when testing with my WiFi router connecting me to ISP, it does not work

- when testing with WiFi from my mobile phone…

Mine just started doing this. It flashes the question mark. It will record my weight but nothing else. Sometimes it is fine but every few times I use it I get the question mark. For the first month it was perfect. Now I am having problems.

Hello! Are you still having issues with the scale not recognizing you? This was on 2 different scales?

The shop sent back the same scale to me and I have the same problem.

It is very strange as they said it is working fine.
