Others unable to find Wi-Fi?

After the initial setup completed successfully I’m unable to find Wi-Fi again.

today I reset the device to factory but that didn’t help.

Still unable to find any Wi-Fi

all other devices are able to find and connect.

any help or recommendations would be great

Do you have a 2.4 GHz frequency available? It won't work without it.

Aah found the issue, have Wi-Fi running at channel 12 (only 1-11 allowed)
