Change in BP Categorisation

I've just noticed this evening that although Garmin Connect Mobile continues to rate blood pressure based on American Heart Association data (with normal <120 <80), on the Garmin Connect website it's now using International Society of Hypertension ratings (normal <130 <85).

I'm in the UK with a UK-registered Garmin account (I imported my Index BPM from the US) and I'm wondering if American users are also seeing this change, or maybe this is country-specific and a sign that Garmin is gearing up to release it in other countries, where health certification might require reference to the ISH ratings rather than the AHA ones?
