What is the Meaning of an X on Display Post-Reading?

After today's reading, and the regular sync activity via WiFi, I noted an X on the display. The data synced just fine to Garmin Connect. I could not find reference in the manual. Has anyone else experienced this, or have an idea of its meaning?

I see this error as well but syncs to connect just fine.

Hopefully garmin will update their firmware to display more than a big "X". Its very cryptic and is something I'd expect from a cheaper device, not Index BPM. If the error would show more information on display I'd appreciate that.

.. so I've reset and re-connected my Index BPM. That was the first time I saw a "v" - alas, that seems to be the only time, as today I've got a repeat of "X". The reading was updated - as it always does when showing "X" - but still.

That was my experience as well. My understanding is that Garmin is still working on this issue.

I have the same issue. The problem slows down the process of taking multiple readings consecutively. Let me know if I can help.

Unlike my first post in this thread, I get the X after every reading now. Something's not right, but It's not really slowing me down as I'm using the 3x measurement. Or are you using the monitor on multiple users?

I think I've identified the problem as the Bluetooth connection being lost from my phone. Unfortunately, adding back the connection is a pain in the buttocks and only lasts for a few hours until the connection is lost again. Is anyone else seeing this?

Checked this again, as I've been getting the X after almost every BP reading. With the web page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/blood-pressure open and continually refreshing. The reading actually shows up on Garmin Connect before the X appears on the Index BPM. So apparently the data is transmitting. The X might be a false negative.

Can you check to see if your Bluetooth is connected to Index BP?

It wasn't, but it is now. Still got the same result after another test. Reading showed up before the X.

That's similar to my experience. Mine wasn't connected. Then I connected and got it to work for a few minutes, and then it started with the X again. But when I checked Bluetooth again, it was not connected.
