After today's reading, and the regular sync activity via WiFi, I noted an X on the display. The data synced just fine to Garmin Connect. I could not find reference in the manual. Has anyone else experienced this, or have an idea of its meaning?

Hello all,
We have other reports of this and are actively investigating. When we know more or have any updates to share, I'll be posting to this thread. Thank you in advance for your patience with…
Hello All. This error is an indication of a sync failure. We are tracking this and I would like to add you to a case. seilogramp and jlgranth do I have permission to add you to this case?
Thanks in advance…
I see this error as well but syncs to connect just fine.
I have been having the X appear daily after my reading. This has begun at least for the past week. While, like others have said, the data does synch, is there a resolution to this issue Garmin-Matthew?
Same here. Receiving a X put it connected just fine after/before
This just started happening to me about two days ago. Same symptoms that others have experienced: I get the X at the end of my reading, but the data still shows up fine in Garmin Connect.
Was getting the normal checkmark up until just recently. Garmin-Matthew, has there been any update on this case?
I too look forward to a response from Garmin. I should add however that while get the X daily and the data is transferred, I did have one exception. On that day, I made an error and did not press the button for 3 seconds to get three readings, my norm, so I got one reading. What is unusual was that the Wi-Fi notification kept spinning eventually ending without ever sending the data, not even the following day. It may or may not be connected to the single reading, but it was the only thing that I had done differently on that day.
