I have purchased a Garmin Bounce and the subscription to the LTE. However, the live tracking etc. is not working outside from our Wifi?
Can you please investigate? I tried to call the help line but no one answered after 20+ mins.
It looks like you have a US-based part number for your Bounce watch when I look at your registered devices. Where did you purchase it from?
Per https://www.garmin.com/en-US/connectivity/bounce/lte-coverage/ , "Products for the countries in Table 1 are interoperable (LTE features may be used) between those countries due to a common antenna configuration. LTE features for the products sold for the countries in Table 1 may not be used in the countries in Tables 2 and 3 due to a different antenna configuration."
