It looks like you have a US-based part number for your Bounce watch when I look at your registered devices. Where did you purchase it from?
Per https://www.garmin.com/en-US/connectivity/bounce/lte-coverage/ , "Products for the countries in Table 1 are interoperable (LTE features may be used) between those countries due to a common antenna configuration. LTE features for the products sold for the countries in Table 1 may not be used in the countries in Tables 2 and 3 due to a different antenna configuration."

The Bounce was purchased brand new in the box from an Ebay seller in Australia. Just wondering what our options are?

You will need to reach out to the EBAY seller and ask them to make it right for you. If they advertised an unit intended for Australia they need to provide one.
Ok. We are returning the US Bounce and buying the Australian Bounce on from Garmin. What do I do with the LTE Subscription? Do I need to cancel or can I transfer it to the new Australian Bounce?
