Live track not tracking

I just got the Bounce yesterday. I wanted to test out the Live Track and it does not want to track. How can this be fixed?

Hi, yes you have permission to email me. I have already spoken to a representative and he looked into it, and it seems the issue cannot be fixed. I will be returning the watch. I am located in Canada.

My son's does the exact same thing. I can't live track him and he is 1km away at school. It just spins and spins, so frustrating. Did you ever find a solution? We have only had it for one day and I already want to return it. Not to mention the battery lasted only 6 hours.

Same. I live in southern Maine. Live track, location, and messaging are consistently an issue when not on WiFI even when LTE service is available and reception is good

I ended up returning it. The idea is great, the quality is NOT. Too bad.

Same here, just got this and live track doesn't work which kinda defeats the whole purpose. Anyone have a fix yet?
