I have an issue with my varia.
When i connect to the usb, the led is blue and fix.
The light don't work, there is a problem with the battery ?
I'm trying to contact the support by email, but not response since 2 weeks.

Try to contact garmin support through their support site https://support.garmin.com/
There's a chat and a call option (depending on your whereabouts)
You can chat with their support employees
