VARIA RTL 515 blue led

Hello,

I have an issue with my varia.

When i connect to the usb, the led is blue and fix.

The light don't work, there is a problem with the battery ?

I'm trying to contact the support by email, but not response since 2 weeks.

Try to contact garmin support through their support site https://support.garmin.com/
There's a chat and a call option (depending on your whereabouts)

You can chat with their support employees

I had already tried to call and waited 25 minutes for my call to be rejected. And the chat is not available "Désolé, tous nos spécialistes en ligne sont actuellement occupés avec d'autres clients. Actualisez la page ou réessayez ultérieurement."

I try tomorrow again.
