Add an option to turn off flash on the RTL 510

I own the varia for about 2 months now. I love it and I hate it. I really hate the flash when a car is approaching. I've ran into angry car drivers and have been cut off a few times. I would REALLY like to have an option to turn it to solid mode ALWAYS. At the moment I don't feel really safe when using the light. Many people ask for this option as a group ride option. Garmin please add this option and make this light actually usefull!

If you don't want ON -> Flash -> ON, set it to off, no light, no flash, but you still get warning on your head unit.

I'm actually looking for OFF > Flash > OFF, as a extra warning to the drivers. my head unit warning makes me go to the far right already, and the flash will warn the traffic coming from behind...

For this reason, I ride with auto setting, which turns the light on all the time ... even mid-summer....

A "do not blink" option would be useful for group rides that have "no blinking" rules.
