UT800 Updating

Through Garmin Express and the supplied USB ANT stick.

Mine did not come with an ANT stick

The user manual on page 5 tells you to use the USB ANT stick. https://support.garmin.com/support/manuals/manuals.htm?partNo=010-01673-00&language=en&country=US

You are correct the box contents do not list it.

I have several around from other devices I have purchased so I cannot recall if there was one in the box or not.

I would contact Garmin Support see what they suggest.
