Is it a problem to use 2mm left and 1mm right since I have significant +ve POC on my left side (or better still 3mm left, 2mm right). The Q factor on the pedals is too narrow for me according to my bike fitter.

Be very careful if you use spacers as you are reducing the amount of thread that is engaged in the crank arm and are therefore increasing the stress that is being placed in the thread that is engaged. You may also be reducing the affective broadcast signal strength as the end of the spindle will now be deeper in the crank arm.
Garmin official only supports up to one spacer per side using the sup[plied spacers.
Thx - i contacted support and they suggested an additional 1mm spacer on one side (right 3mm) was ok. Was curious if it was ok to add to just one side (left), since thats the side that seems to need more
Yes you can have asymmetric spacing
