Hi,

When will there be a new version?

V4.0 is already a long time old and has some problems.

Sounds like you're experiencing update failures. From the release notes there was this tidbit:

Something similar happened when I was trying to update my Vector 3s last year. You might try removing the batteries for five to ten minutes, then reinstall them and try again. At least, that is what worked with my Vector 3.
