Problem with 12.30 upgrade on Edge Explore 820

Has anyone else had a problem with connecting sensors since upgrading to version 12.30 I can no longer connect my Edge remote or Cadence sensors

Hi Garmin Matthew, can you tell us, when we can expect an new error-free update for our Garmin 820? 1 day, 1 week, 1month? It would help us in our decisions.

I followed the steps and it worked like a charm on my 820. Took the opportunity to rearrange the screen fields since it did require setting up the user data after downgrading. But I now have a heart rate again (what a relief) and cadence, as well.

Hi, my Edge 820 ( not explorer) have hoje same problem. I try to update and is not available to my Edge 820. So, my problem persist.

Problem persist in Edge 820 (not Explorer)... I need the 12.4 to my Edge... but not update available...please solve the problem

The Edge 820 (not Explorer) need the same update 12.40, but my Edge not have update available.

Former Member - Are you using Garmin Express and your computer to update your Edge 820?
