Firmware 25.24

Explore 2. No USB connection visible on my Mac. But my old Edge Touring Plus connects fine. So this is not a Mac problem and not a cable problem. Interestingly, Garmin Express CAN see my Explore. I’ve done all the usual things. Reset the Explore etc. The Explore doesn’t have WiFi so I have no way of loading gpx files. Everything else on the Explore works fine.

Thanks. I have read the thread but I don’t really understand. Someone suggested that “Garmin advises using Garmin express to access the files”. But Garmin express cannot access the files on an Edge device. Express can update maps and it can update firmware. But it cannot access the files - the course files or the activity files.
