New Edge explorer 2 unable to update system software

Hi

I'm trying to install Komoot app through Connect IQ and from the device itself, but in both cases a message says that I have to update the software version.

I tried to update sofware version (version installed is 9.07) using Garmin Express, buy it doesn't detect any update to apply. I tried to update the software from the device, buy it says too that there is no updates available.

What should I do to update software version and be able to install Komoot?
