Heart rate is being recorded but does not show on display

use a whoop 5 as heart and it shows that it is connected to the 840 but does not show on the display during riding. The data is being recorded as it shows on the report in connect

That’s it exactly? Has Garmin replaced your head unit user warranty?

The Garmin is still investigating this Whoop connection issue. it is software-related (the question is: at Garmin's side or at Whoop's side) not hardware one. Patience
