Firmware 28.20 Installation Failed on Edge 840 Solar

Dear all,

I can not install the new firmware on my device, I get "Installation Failed".

Do you know where can I find a "log file" or anything to understand why and solve the problem plz ?

The key of my problem was so simple that I am in shame to share it...

The available space on the edge was not enought only 2mo remaining... I move some files and then update succeeded !
