Firmware 28.20 Installation Failed on Edge 840 Solar

Dear all,

I can not install the new firmware on my device, I get "Installation Failed".

Do you know where can I find a "log file" or anything to understand why and solve the problem plz ?

plug your device to a computer, search for GUPDATE file, delete it, unplug, and try to download again (via Express or WiFi)

I do not find this file on my Edge, I searched in every folder but I do not find it...

Mays it is a way to understand the case ?

The file if it is there would be in the Garmin folder and called gupdate.gsp

Maybe it is some other component that is failing.

What do you have in the Garmin\RemoteSW folder

I have 3 files :

- 006B319208.GCD

- 006B460703.GCD

- GPE.bin

006B319208.GCD is a software update for the Garmin Gen 3 speed sensor

006B460703.GCD is a software update for the HRM-600
