Edge 840 won't restart after latest update 28.20.

Did the latest update and now it just sits in the loading screen. Tried all the soft and hard starts but nothing works.

Holding the power button will let you put it into sleep mode but it just count downs to 0 and stays there.

Any thoughts as it won't start up to be able to use Garmin Express app.

    If you are able to force the device off through an extended hold of the power button, you could try to force this into storage mode by following the below steps. 

    • Start with Edge powered off
    • Hold in the Lap/Reset button
    • Connect to computer while holding button
    • Let go of Lap/Reset after 15 seconds

    From there, depending on whether you are connecting to a Mac or PC, we would have different options available to restore this, as well as what information we could gather from your device to look into this.
