As a previous owner of an Edge 1000 and Edge Explore, I am painfully aware that the Edge software isn't able to search full postcodes in the UK (which allow finding an address without inputting the street name).
But at least it used to be that you could search by a form of postal postal area i.e. the first 3 to 5 letters of a UK postcode e.g. N168 before inputting the street name.
I've used my 840 for the first time today, I've been able to select United Kingdom as the country when searching an address but as far as I can tell even when searching in the UK the keyboard for postcode search is limited to numbers.
Sure I could search by city then street name but living in London you could see how that's completely unusable for me (e.g. there are 34 Victoria Roads in London).
