Bug in the Sony GPS chipset with GPS 4.80 ?

I'm wondering that is it a real bug in the chipset and the Edge 830 is unable to receive neither Galileo or Glonass signals (depending on the GNSS settings in the menu) or just displaying issue here in the GNSS screen? 

I put side by side an old Edge820 (with MTK GPS chipset, fw12.70, gps 2.50 ) and an Edge 830 (with Sony GPS chipset, fw 9.10, gps 4.80) and a Xiaomi MI8 as reference (dual-band, BCM47755 GPS chipset) 

Why doesnt the Edge 830 get neither Glonass or Galileo signals? (as You see, the Edge 820 does, #72,73,74 Sat number with Glonass, and #14,15,17 Sat numbers with Galileo, these Sat numbers are different in Garmin devices than the official PRN numbers but it is not a problem now) and CPE file is the most current in the 830 as the EPO file too in the 820, i left the units at least 15mins above open sky (honestly, the 820 needs only a few seconds to receive Glonass or Galileo signals after the GNSS setting's change so i dont think it is the problem...)

    ok, i will retest my device after a master reset (now it is showing only GPS sats /with all the 3 GNSS setting/). Yeah i know the "limitations", the Garmin devices are working like this since 10 years... They must rewrite the whole code from the start, but no, they are just adding new features to the old code with full of bugs device by device since decade...

    I am on the latest everything.  Main FW is 9.40.

    Only GPS satellites here as well - have tried both GPS + GLONASS as well as GPS + Galileo

    Software 9.40 / GPS 4.80

    EPO: Current

    Location: Australia (although this shouldn't matter)

    Soft reset (hold power button): yes / Device reset: not yet

    i made more hard resets to factory default with and without deleting all other datas, even i fully formatted the Edge drive, now the Glonass and Galileo sats are blinking!!! with white columns at the beginning of the reception but later these non-locked and non-used sats are gone and only the 6-10 GPS sats are locked  and used (green columns). so something is not ok with this Sony GPS fw for sure.
