yep. I can understand they want to have something uniform between electric sfhiter brands but they should let the choice to the customer between the exact % number and the icon.
Futhermore when you have 2 fields available to get the exact same icon visualization
All Garmin has to do is to undo what they did. Follow that up with 'ask a few users before making changes'- Then test the change on a group of users. That's called marketing.
The numbers are not back for the 830. There are no updates for the 830 either.
