Nice Jump Malfunction

I've been using the 830 for several months with little issue. Now, I get repeated nice jump notifications when riding on smooth pavement on a full suspension bike. But a real jump with a solid landing doesn't activate the notification at all.

Is this a software problem that Garmin is fixing, or is this a hardware issue where I need to return the unit for repair?

The jump notification never has worked correctly.

All the functionalities of the garmin 830/530/1030 plus are toy prank functionalities. If you protest garmin for this reason, Garmin will remain silent until you get tired of protesting, meanwhile GARMIN is counting your money from behind a hill

Artem. Believe me, I have searched the Garmin forums, Google, and other forums. Why assume otherwise? My unit only recently stopped working correctly, and I'm seeking opinions on whether it is a hardware problem or the usual software problems. See the OP.

Contacting Garmin support would be much more helpful, than just duplicatiing threads/messages
