Touch sensitivity

Hi, my Edge 830 has just updated and the screen touch sensitivity has gone out the window. My fingers are dry when using and am finding that I have to keep my finger on the screen for at least 2-5 seconds for it to work?
Its unusable at the moment whilst cycling as you have to keep finger pressed down. It’s still under warranty so it will go back and a replacement sent. But expect a long delay as Garmin are pure useless
I’m having the same issue since upgrade to v6.0. Had to do a reset 3 times during a ride to get any functionality. Screen also started flickering and forgot my IQ data screen. After last reset, now have to press more firmly on screen and keep pressed for much longer. It’s pants!
Tried that but still screen still didn’t work and buttons didn’t work either now on the way back to Garmin for replacement as still under warranty. It’s the 2nd one to fail in just over a year
