Refuses to install new maps

Express shows new Europe map. It tries to install then returns an error, no other explanation.

The Map size is shown as 8,78 GB which is more than the space on the Edge. There are no strange files on the Edge. I have searched it for any large file but there isn't.

Its installed map updates before without any problems.

Any idea what could be the problem now?

I bought an 830 last year with North American maps installed. I was traveling to Europe so I bought the European map from Garmin.

I have a 830 North America unit with US maps, though moved to Europe and bought the EU maps and installed these by following Garmin articles.

All good but G. Express never offer a EU map update, just keeps offering US maps.....despite these are not in the unit any longer.
In case one knows, Is there any chance to update the EU bought maps from G. Express? Maybe have to go manually in the purchases tab of G. Express and re-install again the EU map to have an updated map?
