FTP not being displayed in GC mobile or web

Rides I've done with the 830 are not being shown in the FTP report either on GC Web or GC Mobile, despite rides capturing the necessary data from Tuesday

    oh, thats totally strange, seems device developer don't speak with Connect developer and vice versa, why everything work different on Connect Web, Mobile App and devices, so most of the probs are a result of that, or?

    Anyway, thanks for the tip, i will try tomorrow!

    please can you talk with your teams, it can't be, that users have to try out things like this over monthes not working, you need a better communication between your teams and of course manuals where we can find hints like this, or?

    and of course, i think this could solve my failed Garmin FTP Tests too!

    done, but now my ride look like this:

    got a new 20min avg ftp record and a new vo2max, but FTP on Edge is Zero after ride :and of course the FTP history don't change-\

    when i look on my Edge, the record before my today 20 min avg record was last sunday with 65535 Watt, so i think, i can win the next tour de france

    That’s strange. Did you delete all personal records or only the 20min power value? I deleted all records and that was the way it worked for me.

    I had the same figure two weeks ago - 65535w, so obviously it is common Garmin problem.

    Maybe bad transmission after changing your Garmin device?

    I deleted only the 20min. record figure, set it to 0w and after that it has changed to new one record.

    I thing that this was the problem - logically, the new one FTP did not changed anymore because of this brutal FTP figure, anyone cannot beat it...

    In Garmin device/MY STATISTICS/FTP I have new FTP figure corresponding with the PERSONAL RECORDS/BEST 20min., so it is working properly now.

    i have to say that for GC display values only when i have  ftp changes .all the outer time i have no values at all  !

    it is a firmware bug .

    good news, today i deleted all records, set FTP to Zero and now a new FTP was detected and i see a entry in the history too,

    anyway in my ride of the day i have empty power zones, but think on my next ride they will be filled! Stuck out tongue winking eyePunch
