good news, today i deleted all records, set FTP to Zero and now a new FTP was detected and i see a entry in the history too,
anyway in my ride of the day i have empty power zones, but think on my next…
I didn't change the value at Garmin Connect web, I've set it to zero directly on the device in the power zones settings. After the first training after this reset I got the new automatic calculated value…
The problem fixed! All working good

Did you get a reply to your support ticket aweatherall
I still have nothing
I found a solution for me, after reading a similar post here in the 530 forum. First I deleted the FTP value for the power zones on the device and then all personal records on the device. After the last training finally a new FTP value was calculated (Auto Calculation is enabled) and synchronized with Garmin Connect. I can see now this value in GC in the FTP statistics.
I deleted all records on the records overview page on the device: longest ride, fastest 40km, max height and max. avg. power 20 min. May be enough to delete the max avg. power value. After the ride I got a new record for that value.
Regarding the power zones I only set the FTP value to zero on the device, I didn't change the zones.
It may be enough to delete only the records like described in the other thread: https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/cycling/f/edge-530/170529/ftp-auto-calculation-is-out-of-work
i deleted only my 20min avg FTP record, that didn't help :-\
But where you set your FTP to Zero, i can't do that in device settings in Connect Web, i always get an error, the FTP have to be higher then Zero, but with other low values the same?
Strange, when i reset my FTP, Garmin set them to 400 Watt, like a Pro Rider, think, thats totally wrong, or?
