Press and hold the ENTER key to access the main menu

How do I get ride of the message "Press and hold the ENTER key to access the main menu" it's for every change of menu since the update on the Garmin 540? I reset the device and it's still there.

glad this is not just me - also have this so that I can get rid of it but then when scrolling down by one it comes up again (and prevents further scrolling). Would be good to see the answer

Same problem. Just setup a brand new Edge 540.

Talked with Garmin Support. Great experience. They called me back in a few minutes. In my case this appeared to have been a usage tip for a new device. To get it to stop occurring, long press on ENTER, and then long press again on ENTER until a menu pops up. I had not ever done the second long press.
