I replaced my edge 530 with a new edge 540. The old one was showing accurate data, but the new 540 is mixing up the descent and ascent. Is this a problem with all 540s?
Garmin? Can you fix this problem so it works properly?

this inaccurate grade% is not just 540 problem, it is problem with all x40 and x50 ...
there is a CIQ Data Field called Sensible Grade. It solves the problem on my Edge 540 at least.
a GNSS sat cant be "overloaded", these are broadcasting only (like a radio tower), doesnt matter that 1 or 1billion devices are receiving signals from there... what you noticed that the grade% was better just accidental.
