I have a Garmin Edge 540 running version 20.19
When I try and change a Data Screen layout I get an error,
"Settings Failed to Update
Something went wrong. Try again."
I have tried multiple times. This is using a profile of my own, "Road 2", not a default profile.
My process is as follows
- I run Garmin Connect on my phone
- Click on the devices icon at the top of the screen
- Click on the Garmin 540
- Select Activity Profiles
- Select Road 2
- Select Data Screens
- Select Screen 2 (a screen I added myself in January)
- Select Layout and Data Fields
- Select a different Layout
That's when I immediately get the error above.
I have tried this multiple times.
I have power cycled both the Edge 540 and my phone.
I can modify the screen on the Edge 540 itself.
Is this a known issue?
Is there any workaround for this?
